every time i plug the cable into my power supply and turn it on, my motherboard powers up(cpu fan goes), but nothing else happens, also hdd lights on my case dont light up.. power light doesnt light up, and my reset/powerbuttons dont do anything.

ive tried… reseting all jumper cables, reseting bios, cmos clear, and detaching all case fans.
